Yes. We develop customizable RNA nanoparticle constructs for gene-silencing research. The RNA sequence and nanoparticle design can be adapted around the selected molecular target and intended experimental application.
Yes. Customers may submit their own sequences for custom RNA synthesis. Our team can also review the proposed construct and discuss modifications, labeling, conjugation, or assembly requirements.
Modification options depend on the construct and project requirements and may include modified nucleotides, backbone modifications, fluorescent labels, targeting ligands, and functional conjugates. Similar custom-modification models are commonly offered by commercial oligonucleotide suppliers.
Programmable RNA nanostructures are RNA strands designed to recognize one another and self-assemble into defined architectures. Our platform is being developed around modular RNA structures that can be adapted for research applications involving targeting, delivery, and molecular assembly.
Our current products and services are intended for research use. Requirements for therapeutic or clinical development involve additional manufacturing, regulatory, and quality systems beyond standard research-use products.

We are developing capabilities for both soluble and membrane proteins. Projects can include enzymes, receptors, extracellular domains, signaling proteins, antigens, binding proteins, and other recombinant targets.
Depending on the target, proteins can be produced using bacterial, insect-cell, or mammalian expression systems. The appropriate host is selected according to factors such as protein folding, solubility, post-translational modification requirements, and downstream application.
The expression system is selected after considering the protein sequence, molecular complexity, expected localization, folding requirements, post-translational modifications, and intended use. Small-scale expression screening may also be used before larger-scale production.
Challenging proteins may require construct optimization, alternative expression hosts, different tags, or modified purification conditions. We evaluate these variables on a project-specific basis rather than applying the same workflow to every protein.
Yes. Our membrane-protein platform is being developed for recombinant expression, membrane isolation, solubilization, purification, and stabilization of integral membrane proteins.
Membrane proteins contain hydrophobic regions that normally reside within a lipid bilayer. After expression, these proteins often require specialized extraction and stabilization conditions to remain properly dispersed and suitable for downstream experiments.
Depending on the target and application, purified membrane proteins may be maintained in detergent-based preparations or incorporated into membrane-mimetic formats such as proteoliposomes or nanodiscs.
Yes. Construct design can be adapted to include appropriate affinity tags, cleavage sites, sequence boundaries, or other features needed for expression and purification.
Purification is developed around the properties of the individual protein. Affinity chromatography may be used for initial capture, followed when appropriate by techniques such as ion-exchange or size-exclusion chromatography to improve purity and sample homogeneity.
Quality-control testing is selected according to the protein and its intended application. Assessment may include identity, purity, concentration, molecular state, aggregation, stability, and functional or binding measurements.
Yes. Buffer composition, protein concentration, and—in the case of membrane proteins—the surrounding detergent or lipid environment can be optimized according to stability and downstream experimental requirements.
